my love for tattooing started at a pretty young age, i must have been around 14 when i first saw a proper tattoo, body suit to be exact and from there i knew that could be a certain direction i could follow in the future. during my high school days i would draw and design tattoos for my friends and sell designs to surrounding tattoo studios. after school some time had passed and around the age 24 i got the opportunity to follow a few artists to learn a few things here and there but could not afford to do an APPRENTICESHIP as i started a family by then. i was not GOING to let that slow me down and proceeded to teach myslef at an incredibly slow pace. years had passed and by then i had a big enough following to start a studio in 2013 and its been an incrediable ride since then. i have 17 years experience under my belt and owner at royal ink. a shop built on passion, love, great artists and INCREDIBLE royal ink family. i pride myself in specialising in realism, portraits and am well rounded in neotradition, illustrative, japanese and please oh please give me that colour work. the more i feel the tattoo is challenging the better i push myself. i do believe that besides the best tattoo, i believe thats it the experience you have at the studio too. our clients are our best β€œsales repsβ€œ after all.
